Resgen rises on getting nod to invest Rs 3.75 crore in Harekrishna Rubber Industries

Resgen has received approval for an investment of Rs 3.75 crore in Harekrishna Rubber Industries. The company will acquire 35,000 equity shares representing 23.406% of total shareholding in Harekrishna. The investment does not result in any change in the control or management of Harekrishna. The investment in Harekrishna is in line with the company’s broader objectives in the circular economy. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 10, 2025, has approved the same.
Resgen is engaged in the process of Manufacturing Pyrolysis Oil (Substitute for Furnace Oil) from all kinds of plastics (waste/scrap) during the manufacturing of the Pyrolysis Oil, some of its by products are generated such as Carbon (Substitute for Coal) and Gas (Substitute for LPG).
