PGIM India Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of PGIM India Retirement Fund.
PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that the benchmark service provider Asia Index has informed regarding change in name of indices. In view of the same, the benchmark index of PGIM India Retirement Fund shall be revised from ‘S&P BSE 500 TRI’ to ‘BSE 500 TRI’ with effect from June 01, 2024.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID and KIM of the Scheme of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID and KIM of the Scheme of the Mutual Fund except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
