Mirae Asset AMC has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of certain Scheme(s) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund (MAMF). 

Mirae Asset Mutual Fund informs that the New Fund Offer (‘NFO’) period of Mirae Asset Small Cap Fund (An open-ended equity scheme predominantly investing in small cap stocks). NFO Start Date has been revised from ‘Thursday, January 09, 2025’ to ‘Friday, January 10, 2025’; NFO Closure Date has been revised from ‘Thursday, January 23, 2025’ to ‘Friday, January 24, 2025’. Scheme re-opens for continuous Sale and Repurchase as on existing date ‘Friday, January 31, 2025’ been revised to ‘Monday, February 03, 2025’.

All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time.
