HDFC AMC announces resignation of Senior Equity Analyst
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that, Abhishek Poddar, Senior Equity Analyst has resigned from the services of HDFC AMC and accordingly, has ceased to be a Key Personnel of AMC with effect from close of business hours of May 19, 2025.
Consequently, all references to Mr. Poddar in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) stand deleted.
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC Mutual Fund (“the Fund”) will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
