HDFC AMC announces change in the Custodian of HDFC Developed World Overseas Equity Passive FOF

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.

Pursuant to the addendum dated September 15, 2026, regarding update on Custodian for HDFC Developed World Overseas Equity Passive FOF (‘the Scheme’), HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that, Citibank Hong Kong will cease to act as the Custodian of the Scheme with effect from October 30, 2026 (‘Effective Date’).

Accordingly, all details pertaining to Citibank Hong Kong in the SAI shall stand deleted from the Effective Date. All other contents of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
