ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT of AMC
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) located at 1) ‘2nd Floor, Near Hotel Palika, Race Course Road, HASSAN – 573201' is shifting to ‘Vidya Bhavan Building, 1st Floor, Old Bus Stand Road, Hassan – 573201’ with effect from May 26, 2025.
2) ‘30/2, A&B, Civil Lines Station, Besides Vishal Mega Mart, Strachey Road, Allahabad - 211001’ is shifting to ‘18/18A, FF-3, Gayatri Dham Milan Tower, MG Marg, Civil Lines, Prayagraj, Allahabad – 211001’ with effect from May 26, 2025.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
