JM Financial AMC announces opening of new branch
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the following will be the new branch of AMC with effect from May 23, 2025: The City Center, Unit number - 139, 1st Floor, Old Amrapali Cinema, Raiya road, Near Race course, Ring Road, Rajkot – 360007. This branch will not act as an Official Point of Acceptance for accepting transactions of the Mutual Fund.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
