HDFC AMC announces change in cut- off timing for online redemptions in Overnight Fund
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC Overnight Fund and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
In accordance with clause 8.4.5.4 of Master Circular read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/PoD2/P/CIR/2025/56 dated April 22, 2025, HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that in case of valid redemption / switchout requests received through online mode (verifiable via two factor authentication process) in HDFC Overnight Fund (‘the Scheme’), the cut-off timing shall be 7:00 PM (instead of existing 3:00 PM) with effect from June 01, 2025.
All other terms & conditions of the Scheme including applicability of NAV will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM of the Scheme and SAI as amended from time to time.
