Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Manjit Singh (DIN: 09792276) has been appointed as an Associate Director on the Board of ABSLAMC with effect from Thursday, December 19, 2024. Amrit Kanwal (DIN: 09545814), ceased to be an Associate Director of ABSLAMC with effect from Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in SAI. All other features and terms & conditions of SAI shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI read with the Addenda issued thereunder.
