Tata AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of schemes
Tata Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced that addendum to the Scheme Information Document (s) (SIDS) / Key Information Memorandum(s) (KIMS) of Specified Scheme(s) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Tata Mutual Fund.
Pursuant to provision no. 17.4.1.i of SEBI Master Circular on Mutual Fund, dated May 19, 2023 on Product Labeling in Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund has evaluated the risk levels for the schemes of the Mutual Fund based on the schemes portfolios as on 30 June, 2024. Accordingly, the existing risk-o-meter of Tata Equity Savings Fund has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’, and the existing risk-o-meter of Tata Ultra Short Term Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’, with effective from July 10, 2024.
This notice cum addendum will form an integral part of the SID/KIM cum Application Form. All other terms & conditions of the SIDS & Kim cum Application Form read with other addendums if any remain unchanged.
