LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund.
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that, Nikhil Rungta has been appointed as Co-Chief Investment Officer (CIO) - Equity, a Key Personnel for Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund with effect from 19th June 2024.
The brief details of Nikhil Rungta are as follows: Nikhil Rungta (40 years) is a B.com graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce, Mumbai and post graduate in MBA (Finance) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He also completed Financial Risk Management program from Global Association of Risk Professionals, USA and Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Mr Nikhil has over 16 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining LIC Mutual Fund, he has worked with SBI Pension Funds, Golden Myriad, Nippon India Mutual Fund, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, Standard Chartered Securities (India) and Religare Capital Markets.
Accordingly, the relevant section of SAI of the Fund stands modified in accordance with the above. This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other contents of the SAI will remain unchanged.
