Kaynes Technology trades higher on the BSE
Kaynes Technology India is currently trading at Rs. 2804.75, up by 57.20 points or 2.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 2747.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2777.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3000.00 and Rs. 2762.05 respectively. So far 47143 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3000.00 on 20-Oct-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 625.05 on 26-Dec-2022.

Kaynes Technology India had received approval for acquisition of Digicom Electronics INC for expansion in USA. Cost of acquisition is $2.5 million. The said acquisition is expected to be completed on or before the conclusion of Q4 FY2024. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 18, 2023, considered and approved the same.
The company undertakes ‘Build To Print’ or ‘Build to Specifications’ of complex box builds, sub-systems and products across various industry verticals. It undertakes turnkey electronics manufacturing services of PCBAs, cable harness, magnetics and plastics ranging from prototyping to product realization including mass manufacturing.
