Insolation Energy soars on incorporating subsidiary

Insolation Energy is currently trading at Rs. 3380.10, up by 69.20 points or 2.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 3310.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3409.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3489.00 and Rs. 3375.05 respectively. So far 4700 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4750.00 on 08-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 829.20 on 12-Jan-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3715.00 and Rs. 3181.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7524.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.58% and 29.37% respectively.

Insolation Energy has incorporated a subsidiary Company namely ‘MGVI Green Infra One’. The Subsidiary Company will carry on the Business of Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. It will also Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects.

Insolation Energy is a national solar energy provider and has set up a state of the art fully automatic solar PV module manufacturing plant at Jaipur.
