HDFC AMC announces change in key personnel
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced to the addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Sumit Shekhar has been appointed as Economist of the HDFC AMC with effect from January 20, 2025 and is designated as a Key Personnel of AMC. Accordingly, his details stand inserted in the section ‘Information on Key Personnel’ appearing in the SAI of the Fund dated June 30, 2024 as follows:
Sumit Shekhar (37 years) holds an M.Sc degree in Economics. He has around 11.5 years of experience in financial services research. Sumit joined HDFC Asset Management Company on January 20, 2025 onwards. Prior to joining HDFC, he was worked with Ambit Capital as Economist (Vice President) from July 07, 2014 to December 30, 2024 and at JP Morgan as Credit Risk Analyst from June 13, 2013 to July 3, 2014.
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC Mutual Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
