Aditya Birla SL AMC announces suspension of fresh subscriptions
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (the Fund). Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with SEBI Letter dated May 13, 2026, Aditya Birla Sun Life Trustee Private Limited, Trustees to the Fund, has approved the suspension of fresh subscriptions/ switch-in application(s)/ systematic transactions under the IDCW Option of the following schemes with effect from Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (Effective Date): 1. Accordingly, applications for fresh subscriptions/switch-in(s)/ systematic transactions received post the cut off timing of August 11, 2026 will not be processed. However, for instalments falling due under SIP/STP registered prior to the Effective Date will be processed under respective Option of the Schemes. In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SID and KIM of the Schemes. All other features and terms & conditions of SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund will remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the schemes, as amended from time to time.
