Mirae Asset Mutual Fund files offer document for Platinum Sectoral Debt Long-Short Fund
Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an interval investment strategy named ‘Platinum Sectoral Debt Long-Short Fund'. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10 per unit during the NFO. Entry load will be nil. If redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment exit load will be 3%; If redeemed after 1 year but before 2 years from the date of allotment exit load will be 2%; If redeemed after 2 years but before 3 years from the date of allotment exit load will be 1%; If redeemed after 3 years from the date of allotment exit load will be Nil. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against CRISIL Composite Credit Risk Index. The minimum application will be Rs 1,00,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns through an actively managed diversified portfolio across debt instruments of at least two sectors, with maximum investment of 75% in a single sector, based on the fund manager’s outlook on the prevailing market conditions, macro-economic conditions and business environment.
