ICICI Pru AMC announces change in creation unit size of ETF Schemes

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the ETF schemes.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the ICICI Prudential Trust (the Trustee) has approved revision in the creation unit size of ICICI Prudential BSE 500 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty Infrastructure ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty 100 ETF and ICICI Prudential Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank ETF (ETF Schemes) with effect from August 3, 2026. 

The creation unit size of ICICI Prudential BSE 500 ETF has been revised from 11,00,000 to 5,50,000, unit size of ICICI Prudential Nifty Infrastructure ETF has been revised from 1,65,000 to 1,10,000, unit size of ICICI Prudential Nifty 100 ETF has been revised from 5,00,000 to 2,50,000 and creation unit size of ICICI Prudential Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank ETF has been revised from 4,00,000 to 2,00,000. 

Accordingly, the relevant sections of the SIDs/KIMs of the ETF Schemes stand modified. All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the SIDs and KIMs of the ETF Schemes shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs of the ETF Schemes, as amended from time to time.
