ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT of AMC
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/Investment Strategy Document (ISID)/Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) is shifting from ‘ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Ground Floor, Suchitra Enclave Maharashtra Lane, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400092’ to ‘ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, Ground Floor, Devkrupa CHS, S. V. Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092 with effect from July 27, 2026.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, ISID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund and iSIF, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID, ISID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
