HAL soars on signing transfer of technology agreement with National Aerospace Laboratories

Hindustan Aeronautics is currently trading at Rs. 3827.15, up by 42.20 points or 1.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 3784.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3809.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3832.00 and Rs. 3784.95 respectively. So far 15757 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3832.00 on 23-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1384.90 on 24-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3832.00 and Rs. 3606.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 255378.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.64%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.99% and 6.37% respectively.

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has signed a transfer of technology agreement with National Aerospace Laboratories for the manufacture of the Bismaleimide Engine Bay Door for the series production of Light Combat Aircraft Tejas Mk1A. 

Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas Mk1A is an indigenous 4.5 generation, all-weather and multi-role fighter aircraft for the Indian Air Force (IAF). With the signing of the technology transfer for Bismaleimide (BMI) Engine Bay Door (EBD), HAL can directly produce these high-temperature resistant composite parts for the series production of LCA Mk1A aircraft meeting the initial requirement of IAF squadrons.
