Invesco AMC announces change in Risk-o-Meter and benchmark Risk-o-Meter of schemes
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Risk-o-Meter Invesco India Credit Risk Fund (an open ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA and below rated corporate bond (excluding AA+ rated corporate bonds with relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk) has been revised from ‘Moderately High’ to ‘Moderate’ and Invesco India Ultra Short Term Fund (an open ended ultra-short term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 3 months to 6 months with relatively low interest rate risk and moderate credit risk) has been revised from ‘Moderate’ and ‘Low to Moderate’.
Further, the Risk level of the first-tier benchmark index - NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index A-II of Invesco India Short Term Fund (an open ended short term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 1 year to 3 years with moderate interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk) has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’.
The above changes in Scheme Risk-o-meters and Risk level of first tier benchmark index are as on August 31, 2026 and are applicable with immediate effect.
Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of the above-mentioned Schemes. All other terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID / KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes as amended from time to time.
