ICICI Pru AMC announces change in Risk-o-Meter and benchmark Risk-o-Meter of schemes
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of below mentioned Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
In terms of paragraph 6.16.1(i) of SEBI Master Circular no. HO/24/13/11(1)2026- IMD-POD-1/I/7602/2026 dated March 20, 2026 (the Master Circular), ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Income plus Arbitrage Omni FOF stands revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’ and the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Balanced Hybrid Fund stands revised from ‘High’ to ‘Very High’.
Further, the Risk-o-meter of the Benchmark - NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index A-II of ICICI Prudential Short -Term Fund & ICICI Prudential Floating Interest Rates Fund (Erstwhile ICICI Prudential Floating Interest Fund stands revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’ and the Risk-o-meter of the Benchmark - CRISIL Credit Risk Debt B-II Index of ICICI Prudential Credit Risk Fund stands revised from ‘Moderately High’ to ‘Moderate’
The Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of the portfolios of the Schemes of the Fund as on August 31, 2026.
All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
