ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT of CAMS
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Investment Strategy Document (ISID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Funds is shifting from 1) CAMS SERVICE CENTER, Shop No. 2, 1st floor, Shreyas Complex, Near Old Bus Stand, Bagalkot - 587101, Karnataka to CAMS SERVICE CENTER, No.45, E Block, 1st Floor, Melligeri Towers, Station Road, Bagalkot - 587101, Karnataka with effect from November 2, 2026. 2) CAMS SERVICE CENTER, 18/47/A Govind Nilaya, Ward No 20, Sangankal Moka Road, Gandhinagar, Ballari (Bellary)-583102, Karnataka to CAMS SERVICE CENTER, No.135/13, Rama Priya, 1st Floor, 2nd Cross Nehru Colony, Ballari (Bellary) - 583103, Karnataka with effect from November 5, 2026.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, ISID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund and iSIF, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID, ISID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
