ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT of CAMS
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Investment Strategy Document (ISID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Funds is shifting from 1) CAMS SERVICE CENTER, No. A5 75/1, Vaiyapuri Nagar, 2nd Cross, Karur, Tamil Nadu, Pin code – 639002 to CAMS SERVICE CENTER, 126 G VP Towers, 3rd Floor Covai Road, Karur, Tamil Nadu, Pin code – 639002; 2) CAMS COLLECTION CENTER, Office No 503, Buildmore Business Park, New Canca By Pass Road, Ximer, Mapusa, Goa - 403 507 to CAMS COLLECTION CENTER, Flat No. B4/402, Boshan Homes, Opp. Shri Bodgeshwar Temple, Mapusa, Goa – 403507 with effect from November 2, 2026.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
