Gaja Alternative Asset Management lists with 9% premium on the BSE
Gaja Alternative Asset Management has debuted at Rs 185.20 on the BSE, up by 25.20 points or 15.75% from its issue price of Rs 160.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 173.00, up by 13.00 points or 8.13% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 191.35 and Rs. 170.60 respectively. So far 24.49 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription from August 19, 2026 to August 21, 2026 was subscribed 32.98 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 160 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 152-160 apiece.
Gaja Alternative Asset Management is a well-established alternative asset management company. It acts as an investment manager to India focused funds, including category II and category I alternative investment funds (AIFs) and also acts as advisors to offshore funds, which provide capital to companies in India. It derives its income primarily from three income streams i.e. Management Fee, Carried Interest, and Income from Sponsor Commitment.
