The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1226.10 on 12-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 789.30 on 30-Sep-2025.

NATCO Pharma is investing $14 million in eGenesis, Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiaries, NATCO Pharma (Canada) Inc. for an amount of $9.5 million and NATCO Pharma South Africa Proprietary for an amount of $4.5 million, though convertible promissory notes. Previously in 2024, NATCO Pharma had invested $8 million in eGenesis, Inc. through preferred stock. The total investment made by NATCO Pharma in eGenesis, Inc. now stands at $22 million.
