Garg Furnace jumps as its arm commissions Phase-1 of alloy steel forgeable billets manufacturing facility
Garg Furnace is currently trading at Rs. 147.40, up by 2.55 points or 1.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 144.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 149.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 153.00 and Rs. 145.00 respectively. So far 5894 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 195.45 on 26-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 108.65 on 08-Jul-2026.

Garg Furnace’s 51% subsidiary -- Vaneera Industries has successfully commissioned Phase-1 of its alloy steel forgeable billets manufacturing facility at Ludhiana, Punjab, with effect from August 21, 2026, as the plant commenced operations on that day.
With the commissioning of this state-of-the-art facility, the company is now moving toward value added products that will improve realisation and overall margins of the company. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s strategy of moving towards higher-value, chemistry-led steel products and addressing the growing demand for quality-sensitive forgeable steel in key industrial segments.
