DMR Engineering touches roof on bagging LoA worth Rs 70 crore from Arun Shakti Energy

DMR Engineering is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 31.32, up by 2.84 points or 9.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 28.48 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 30.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 31.32 and Rs. 30.00 respectively. So far 35100 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 60.00 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 24.05 on 24-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 31.32 and Rs. 28.48 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 32.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.32%, while Non-Institutions held 30.68% stake in the company.

DMR Engineering, as the lead member, in a joint venture (JV) with Shri Balaji Hydro Construction (SBHCPL), has received a Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 70 crore (exclusive of GST) from Arun Shakti Energy. The LoA is for the formation of a new JV company for execution of Package - I, works related to construction of coffer dam for river diversion and barrage for the 24.60 MW Kamlang Small Hydro Electric Project, Lohit District, Arunachal Pradesh. The contract has a tenure of 780 days.

Under the proposed JV arrangement, the company shall hold 51% equity/profit share as the lead partner, while SBHCPL shall hold the remaining 49% equity/profit share in the JV.
