Zodiac Energy is currently trading at Rs. 248.75, up by 2.45 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 246.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 259.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 259.95 and Rs. 248.75 respectively. So far 623 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 415.05 on 07-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 204.00 on 01-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 260.00 and Rs. 243.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 380.41 crore.

Zodiac Energy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary through its Authorized Representative. The newly incorporated company is under the name, ‘Zodiac Energy IPP-2’. Further, the Certificate of Incorporation dated August 25, 2026, has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to undertake projects relating to solar power generation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary is in line with the company's business expansion strategy and is expected to strengthen its operational capabilities while facilitating the execution of solar power generation and EPC projects.
