Dynacons Systems & Solutions gains on bagging order worth Rs 18.84 crore

Dynacons Systems & Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 1195.90, up by 10.50 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 1185.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1198.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1210.00 and Rs. 1176.65 respectively. So far 1091 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1730.00 on 26-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 929.20 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1213.70 and Rs. 1077.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1530.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.43% and 38.63% respectively.

Dynacons Systems & Solutions has secured an order worth Rs 18.84 crore for CTS Scanners from Bank of Baroda (BOB). The scope of work includes -- providing CTS Scanners for BOB’s sponsored Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) & Bank’s subsidiaries; supply, install & integrate with CTS application of the RRBs & Bank’s Subsidiaries.  

The entire project will be rolled out within 8 weeks from the purchase order. The overall contract period for installation & comprehensive maintenance with SLA based support is for 5 Years. 

Dynacons Systems & Solutions undertakes all activities related to IT infrastructure including infrastructure design and consulting services, turnkey systems integration of large Network and Data Centre infrastructures including supply of associated equipment and software, onsite and remote facilities management of multi location infrastructure of domestic clients.
