ASK Mutual Fund files offer document for Liquid Fund
ASK Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended liquid scheme named 'ASK Liquid Fund'. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 1000 per unit during the NFO. Entry load will be nil for the scheme. The exit load will be charged only on redemptions made within 7 days of investment, ranging from 0.0070% to 0.0045%. From the 8th day onwards, the exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against CRISIL Liquid Debt AI TRI. The minimum application will be Rs 500 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate regular income through investment in a portfolio comprising of money market and debt instruments with residual maturity up to 91 days.
