FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 24 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12726.14 crore against gross selling of Rs 15333.42 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2607.28 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2620.00 crore with gross sales of Rs 4630.63 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2010.63 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 902.32 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 1115.12 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 6.81 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7.47 crore against gross selling of Rs 54.83 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 47.36 crore in hybrid segment.
