Invesco Asset Management (India) announces change in key personnel and fund management responsibilities
Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced changes to Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund (the Scheme) of Invesco Mutual Fund, as applicable and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the Fund.
Invesco Mutual Fund that Fatema Pacha is joining Invesco Asset Management (India) (IAMI) as Fund Manager - Equity with effect from July 22, 2026. Accordingly, the following details of Fatema Pacha shall be included in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the Invesco Mutual Fund.
Fatema Pacha (45 years), holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers & Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance). She has more than 19 years of experience in equity markets. Prior to joining Invesco Asset Management (India), Ms Pacha worked at Mahindra Manulife Investment Management as Manager - Equity Portfolio (September 30, 2020 - July 20, 2026) and at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company as Manager - Equity Portfolio (November 29, 2007 - September 28, 2020).
Further, the Fund Manager(s) of Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund has been revised from Taher Badshah to Taher Badshah & Fatema Pacha with effect from July 22, 2026.
Accordingly, the write up of Fatema Pacha shall be added in the respective SID and KIM of the Scheme in addition to write up of the existing Fund Manager. Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in SID & KIM of the Scheme of the Fund, as applicable and SAI of the Fund.
All other terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme of the Fund and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Scheme of the Fund and SAI of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
