LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management has informed that Y. Viswanatha Gowd, Nominee Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management with effect from the close of business hours of 31st July 2023. Accordingly, all references to Y. Viswanatha Gowd in the SAI stands deleted.
All other terms & conditions of SAI remain unchanged. This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
