Navi Mutual Fund files offers document for Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund
Navi Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an Open-Ended Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund named ‘Navi Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund’. Units can be purchased during the New Fund Offer Period at Rs 10 each. Entry load will not be applicable for the scheme and the exit load will be nil. Minimum target subscription amount for the Scheme to be raised is Rs 20 crore.
The performance of the Scheme will be benchmarked to the performance of Nifty 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index. The minimum application for issue of units shall be made for a minimum of Rs 10 plus in multiples of Re 1 during the NFO.
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide long term capital appreciation/ income from a dynamic mix of equity and debt investments.
