LIC AMC announces change in risk-o-meter under various schemes
LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, regarding Product Labeling in Mutual Fund Schemes – Risk-o-meter, the risk profiling of the following Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund stands modified.
The Risk-o-meter of LIC MF Overnight Fund & LIC MF Ultra Short Duration Fund stands revised from Existing ‘Low’ to ‘Low to Moderate’, the Risk-o-meter of LIC MF Short Duration Fund & LIC MF Liquid Fund stands revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’ and LIC MF Equity Savings Fund (Erstwhile IDBI Equity Savings Fund) Risk-o-meter is revised from ‘Very High’ to ‘Moderately High’. The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s portfolio as on August 31, 2023. There is no change in Risk-o-meter of other schemes of the Fund and the change in Risk-o-meter will be evaluated on a monthly basis.
This notice cum addendum will form an integral part of SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other terms and conditions of the Scheme will remain unchanged.
