Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of designated schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF) informed that Investor Service Center (ISC) of Kfin Technologies for the Schemes of MOMF at ‘ KFin Technologies, Shree Ashadeep Complex, 16 Civil Lines, Near Income Tax Office, Roorkee - 247667 Uttarancha’ has been shifted to new premises at ‘KFin Technologies, Near Shri Dwarkadhish Dharm Shala, Ramnagar, Roorkee – 247667, Uttaranchal’ with effective from September 01, 2023. Meanwhile, ISC of Kfin Technologies for the Schemes of MOMF at ‘9/290 Civil Lines, Nr. Sahara office, Azamgarh - 276001 Uttar Pradesh’ has been shifted to new premises at ‘Shop no. 18 Gr. Floor, Nagarpalika, Infront of Tresery office, Azamgarh – 276001 Uttar Pradesh’ with effective from September 04, 2023.
This addendum forms an integral part of SID and KIM of the Scheme(s) of MOMF. All other contents remain unchanged.
