Invesco Asset Management (India) introduces Daily frequency under SIP facility
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Daily frequency under Systematic Investment Plan (‘SIP’) facility will be introduced in Invesco India Smallcap Fund, Invesco India Midcap Fund, Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund, Invesco India Large & Mid Cap Fund, Invesco India Contra Fund, Invesco India PSU Equity Fund, Invesco India Infrastructure Fund, Invesco India Focused Fund, Invesco India Multicap Fund, Invesco India Financial Services Fund, Invesco India Largecap Fund, Invesco India ESG Integration Strategy Fund, Invesco India Manufacturing Fund, Invesco India Technology Fund and Invesco India Business Cycle Fund (the schemes) of Invesco Mutual Fund with effect from March 5, 2025.
Invesco Asset Management (India) (‘IAMI’) reserves the right to change / modify the features of Daily Frequency SIP in future. All other features, terms & conditions of SIP applicable under existing frequencies will also be applicable to Daily frequency SIP.
Pursuant to introduction of daily frequency SIP facility, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Fund and Scheme Information Document(s) (‘SIDs’) & Key Information Memorandum(s) (‘KIMs’) of the above-mentioned schemes of the Fund.
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund, SIDs and KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund, SIDs / KIMs of the above-mentioned Schemes as amended from time to time.
