HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund.
In compliance with clause 17.4.1.h of the Master Circular dated May 19, 2023, HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meters of the following Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund stand revised as follows: The Risk-o-meter of HDFC FMP 1269D March 2023 - Series 47 has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’ and Risk-o-meter of HDFC Ultra Short-Term Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’. The above Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of respective Scheme’s portfolios as at August 31, 2023.
All other details of the Product Label and all other terms and conditions of the aforesaid Schemes remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID / KIM of the aforesaid Schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time.
