Edelweiss Asset Management (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.

Edelweiss Mutual Fund (MF) informed that the fund management structure of the Edelweiss Arbitrage Fund of Edelweiss Mutual Fund (the Fund) will stand revised as under with effect from March 1, 2023. Existing Fund Management Structure of the Scheme consists of Equity Portion-Fund Manager: Bhavesh Jain and Debt Portion- Fund Manager: Dhawal Dalal, while proposed Fund Management Structure of the Scheme includes Co-Fund Manager- Bhavin Patadia too under equity portion.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
