Edelweiss AMC announces change in fund management structure
Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Asset Management Company informed the fund management structure of the Edelweiss Long Term Equity Fund (Tax Savings) with existing ‘Fund Manager- Trideep Bhattacharya, and Co- Fund Manager- Ashwani Agarwalla’, will stand revised with the proposed ‘Fund Manager- Ashwani Agarwalla and Co- Fund Manager- Trideep Bhattacharya with effect from August 1, 2023.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the designated Scheme of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
