Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (MF).
Baroda BNP Paribas MF has informed that Sanjeev Dobhal has been appointed as an Associate Director on the Board of AMC with effect from April 24, 2023. The details of his appointment are as follows: Sanjeev Dobhal (age 56 years) has Master's Degree in Science and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He is currently Chief General Manager in Bank of Baroda and is heading the Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures Division and is also responsible for Project BOBNOWW & Special Projects and Co-lending Division. Sanjeev Dobhal is associated with Bank of Baroda since 15th June 1993 in different positions.
This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund and the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the SAI remain unchanged.
