Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) (Asset Management Company for Mirae Asset Mutual Fund) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund. It has informed about Appointment of Key Personnel. Vishal Singh and Akshay Udeshi have been appointed as Fund Manager and Key Personnel of AMC with effect from August 28, 2023.
Vishal Singh has over 5 years of experience in the field of financial services. He has been associated with the AMC since June 2020. Prior to this assignment, Singh was associated with NSE Indices where he was involved in development of index product and valuation of Indian fixed income securities. Singh also has an experience covering the global fixed income securities as an analyst for Aranca (India).
Akshay Udeshi has over 4 years of experience in the field of financial services. He has been associated with the AMC since June 2021. Prior to this assignment, Udeshi was associated with Reliance Retail where he was involved in product development in the affordability space. He also has an experience with L&T Financial Services where he was involved in product management of secured lending products.
This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of SAI, SID and KIM of the Scheme(s) of MAMF, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI, SID and KIM of the Scheme(s) will remain unchanged.
