Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed that the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (ABSLAMC), Investment Manager for Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Trustee (ABSLTPL), Trustees to Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, have approved the proposal for merger of Aditya Birla Sun Life International Equity Fund - Plan B and Aditya Birla Sun Life Commodity Equities Fund - Global Agri Plan (schemes). The merger shall be effective after the close of business hours on Friday, July 28, 2023 (Effective Date) or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is a Non-Business Day.
All other features and terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme will remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID & KIM of the applicable Scheme read with the addenda issued thereunder.
