Virtuoso Optoelectronics rises on acquiring 51% stake of YLP Solutions
Virtuoso Optoelectronics is currently trading at Rs. 267.70, up by 2.95 points or 1.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 267.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 266.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 273.00 and Rs. 265.00 respectively. So far 32000 shares were traded on the counter.

Virtuoso Optoelectronics has acquired 51% stake of YLP Solutions. Acquisition will improve the online selling capability, software development capability and access to newer customers segment. Cost of acquisition will be Rs 3.10 lakh. The acquisition is completed within a period of 120 days from the date of execution of Share Purchase Agreement.
