Indian Hotels Company rises on signing new Gateway hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 768.00, up by 6.55 points or 0.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 761.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 762.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 770.00 and Rs. 760.65 respectively. So far 157762 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 894.15 on 30-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 507.45 on 04-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 791.90 and Rs. 756.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 108814.28 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.14% and 15.75% respectively.
\Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed Gateway hotel in McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh. This is a brownfield project. The 65-key Gateway McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh is strategically located just a short walk from the Dalai Lama Temple, the official residence of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and Namgyal Monastery. With this addition, IHCL will have 13 hotels in Himachal Pradesh with 8 under development.
