FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per June 04 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17396.95 crore against gross selling of Rs 20691.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3295.02 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1808.07 crore with gross sales of Rs 5593.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3785.05 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 128.24 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 690.69 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 3222.6 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12.51 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.46 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3.95 crore in hybrid segment.
