Unicommerce Esolutions (Unicommerce) has partnered with Urban Company’s Middle East arm. This partnership aims to power Urban Company’s Middle East arm’s e-commerce operations across The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and The United Arab Emirates.

As Urban Company expands its footprint across the Middle East, it will leverage Unicommerce’s flagship platform, Uniware to manage its inventory and fulfilment operations that support its athome service ecosystem. The platform will help maintain real-time visibility of inventory, and help intelligently route orders for service kits and consumables to ensure reliable deliveries to service professionals across the region.

The partnership builds on a successful relationship between the two companies in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce's technology to manage its e-commerce operations. Extending this collaboration to The Middle East will help Urban Company create a more connected operations backbone as it scales across the region's fastest-growing digital markets.

Every Urban Company service - from beauty & wellness to home cleaning & appliance maintenance, depends on a well-coordinated supply chain of products, tools and consumables. Uniware will serve as the central platform to power this supply chain, helping improve stock accuracy, enabling faster replenishment of products and coordinating fulfilment across locations.

The collaboration also marks another step in Unicommerce's growing presence across the Middle East, where it has built a robust commerce ecosystem through integrations with leading regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms. Unicommerce supports businesses with localised capabilities such as Arabic-compatible invoice and shipping label generation, region-specific tax compliance, and integrations with other ecosystem players across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
