Magellanic Cloud rises as its arm bags second purchase order from Capri Global Capital

Magellanic Cloud is currently trading at Rs. 30.00, up by 0.24 points or 0.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 29.76 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 29.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.32 and Rs. 29.70 respectively. So far 90935 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 90.47 on 21-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.43 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 31.00 and Rs. 26.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1767.79 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.23% and 45.72% respectively.

Magellanic Cloud’s wholly owned subsidiary -- IVIS International has secured its second purchase order from Capri Global Capital. The order is for the deployment of its Integrated E-Surveillance & Vault Operation Solution across additional sites on a pan-India basis.

The repeat order further strengthens IVIS’s relationship with Capri Global Capital and reflects continued confidence in its technology, nationwide deployment capabilities and managed e-surveillance services. The order expands the existing engagement by adding additional sites to IVIS’s growing portfolio of BFSI deployments.
