Autoline Industries touches roof on bagging order from Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles

Autoline Industries is currently locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 88.84, up by 4.23 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 84.61 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 85.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 88.84 and Rs. 85.00 respectively. So far 39424 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 103.85 on 13-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 48.41 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 97.32 and Rs. 83.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 403.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.60%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.60% and 66.80% respectively.

Autoline Industries has secured a new business order from Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles for the supply of four critical components for hatchback applications. Following the scheduled programme ramp-up and subject to customer production schedules and actual requirements, the business order is expected to generate annual incremental revenue of around Rs 80 crore. The associated tooling is expected to contribute one-time revenue of around Rs 30 crore.

The order reflects the continued confidence of a leading Indian automotive manufacturer in the company’s engineering, tooling and manufacturing capabilities. The company’s advanced manufacturing network, supported by Industry 4.0-enabled processes, automation and data-driven production systems, will play an important role in delivering the programme’s quality, cost and delivery requirements.
