Blue Cloud Softech Solutions jumps on signing MoU with GCIB, Afro Mobile SARL

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 22.92, up by 0.53 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 22.39 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 22.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 23.15 and Rs. 22.44 respectively. So far 404843 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 38.00 on 06-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.51 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 23.70 and Rs. 21.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2109.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.44%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.28% and 48.27% respectively.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoU) with the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB) and Afro Mobile SARL, a telecommunications and digital infrastructure company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Ivory Coast. Under the Memorandum of Agreement, dated August 7, 2026 and fully executed on August 19, 2026, the three parties have established a strategic partnership framework for the identification, structuring, financing, development, implementation and operation of telecommunications and digital infrastructure initiatives across Africa.

The framework covers national fibre-optic backbone networks, 4G/5G mobile network infrastructure, international connectivity including submarine cable landing stations and internet exchange points, telecommunications towers and passive infrastructure, digital public infrastructure - including digital identity, national interoperability, egovernment and digital payment platforms - and satellite connectivity, including VSAT and Low Earth Orbit (LEO) services for remote-area and emergency communications.

Within the partnership, the company will act as the Lead Technology and Digital Transformation Partner, responsible for technology solution design and deployment, platform architecture, systems integration and technology transfer, and will lead the technical coordination, financial structuring and financing coordination of projects developed under the framework. GCIB will act as the Strategic Development and Investment Partner, leading government and institutional engagement and the mobilisation of international investors and financing partners. Afro Mobile will act as the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Partner, facilitating sector engagement, relationships with operators and regulators, local partnerships and capacity building
