Suraj Industries touches the roof as its arm secures licenses from Excise Commissioner office, Rajasthan

Suraj Industries is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 69.14, up by 6.28 points or 9.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 62.86 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 65.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 69.14 and Rs. 65.00 respectively. So far 5817 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 105.00 on 10-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 54.95 on 23-Oct-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 69.14 and Rs. 56.31 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 109.47 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.01%, while Non-Institutions held 53.99% stake in the company.
Suraj Industries’ material subsidiary -- M/s Carya Chemicals & Fertilizers (CARYA) has received licenses from the office of Excise Commissioner, Rajasthan, Udaipur for manufacture of Indian Made Foreign Liquor and Country Liquor at the Bottling Plant set up by CARYA at RIICO Industrial Area, Guwadi & Majhari, Rajasthan.
CARYA has secured Bottling License for Indian Made Foreign Liquor; Bottling License for Country Liquor; Bonded Warehouse & Wholesale License for Indian Made Foreign Liquor and Bonded Warehouse & Wholesale License for Country Liquor.
Suraj Industries is an edible oil manufacturing company. It also provides liquor products under the brand name Old Monk Rum.
